Shipping Fireworks

We do not ship outside of the United States

We are unable to ship any fireworks to the following states:

• Alaska
• Arizona
• Hawaii
• Massachusetts
• New York

We are not able to ship hazardous fireworks to the following states, however, we can ship our Safe & Sane items:

• California
• District of Columbia
• Maryland
• Nevada
• New Jersey
• Oregon
• Rhode Island
• Vermont

Ship to a Business: Shipping is freight to a Commercial Business address (ex. R&L Carriers, SAIA, Estes semi truck etc.) It usually takes 2-4 business days to receive your order using a freight service.

Ship to a Residence: Shipping is still freight, but they will schedule a drop off at your home. Sometimes they will deliver in a smaller truck, not a semi truck. It usually takes 3-5 business days to receive your order.

Non-Hazardous: Can only be offered if you are purchasing ONLY- sparklers, smoke items, confetti, and other fireworks novelties & accessories. Shipping on ONLY these items will qualify for a lower $35 shipping rate.

Picking Up Fireworks

You can choose to pick up your fireworks order at Fireworks City in Baldwin, WI.

We will alert you when the order has been filled and is ready for pick up.  Please follow the guidelines on the Purchasing Information page.

If you choose to pick-up your fireworks there are 2 things you should know:

1. You will have to pay for the state sales tax.
2. You may be assessed an additional charge of $3 for a local township permit for the fireworks. We apologize about the $2 fee, however, there's nothing we can do about it.
